다리를 기준으로 이미 흘러간 물처럼 이미 다 지난 일이다. 흘러간 일이다라는 것.

베로니카는 아빠의 이 말을 듣고 분노하죠.

means. an opportunity has passed or been lost. it's too late to change something or a situation.

말 그대로 배는 이미 떠났다는 거죠. 말해봤자 소용없다는 것. 상황을 바꿀 수 없다는 것
